CONFERENCE REGISTRATION (registration deadlines are subject to change)

• Early Bird Registration:  June 1, 2026 – July 31, 2026  

  • $400/person for members   

  • $450/person for non-members

• Regular Registration: August 1, 2026 – September 15, 2026

  • $500/person for members   

  • $550/person for non-members

• Last Chance Registration: After September 15, 2026 (by email only)

  • $550/person for members   

  • $600/person for non-members

There are two ways to register:

Pay by Credit Card: To pay your registration fees by credit card, click here to register via our Zeffy Event Registration page.

1. Important Note: There are no fees associated with the online payment option. However, there is a donation option at check out and donations go directly to the website, not to the Region VI Association. If you do not wish to donate to the Zeffy website, be sure to select Other from the drop down menu and put $0 in the contribution box (see below).

2. Pay by Check: To pay your registration fees by check, email Karla Benford at programs@okacaa.org to request the registration form.  When the completed registration form is returned, Karla will send you an invoice. 

Registration fees are based on payment of your agency/association’s 2026 CAA of Region VI Membership Dues. For questions or assistance with conference registration or information about your agency/association’s membership status, please contact Karla Benford at programs@okacaa.org.
